I hate to even have to write this review because 7 years ago my experience here was amazing, however, today’s experience was a disaster. 7 coworkers and I showed up at 11:35am on a lunch break to a completely empty restaurant and we were quickly seated. We ordered our food and patiently waited, and waited, and waited for our food. At 12:09 we became worried because our food still had not arrived except for the soups and salads a few at our table ordered. A few more minutes passed and we asked the waitress what was taking so long and she said they are understaffed and the owner was not in. At 12:15pm we finally began to get our food. Upon receiving it, our chicken Caesar was undercooked and pink and the pizza was cold from sitting on the counter for so long. We said we could not even eat this food and would like to have our check and leave. The sweet waitress agreed the food was not suitable and began to type away at the register. Just then, a man began helping her and we asked if HE was the manager to which he replied, “No, I am just applying for a job here.” Needless to say, that man refunded our entire bill and we left at 12:35 with no food and late back to work. Our server, Brandy, made our experience fantastic! We were a party of 8 women. We didn't care for the area she was setting up for us at first. She immediately said "no problem and changed where she sat us. She was a super pleasant, extremely attentive server. She went out of her way to take care of us all while smiling the entire time. In general, I feel we have gotten used to mediocre service at many local restaurants so it was refreshing to have such excellent service. I hope the management knows what a valuable asset Brandy is to the team! Oh and the lunch menu is a great value and the food is very good. !!! We'll be back.

Placed a third party delivery order which was an absolute disaster with an over 2 hour wait for the food. The restaurant was amazing and understanding. They cooked fresh food for the second driver who finally arrived. Dinner was excellent!! Delicious wings and pizza. Was actually worth the wait. Look forward to their delicious food in the future.

Great place with a big menu and happy hour specials. Eat in or dine out; either way, you're getting plenty of food my meal was more than enough for another meal. My doggy bag was filled. We ordered a Teimisu to go and it was Yuge. The owners are good guys and very friendly. Plenty of good times to be had here.

My husband and I went here for our wedding anniversary dinner and we were so happy with this choice of restaurant in Naples. Everything was great! We were served fresh rolls and olive oil for dipping to start. Our appetizer, salads, entrees and dessert came out in a timely manner. The portions are generous and pricing is reasonable. Service was great as well. Server kept drinks refilled and made sure we enjoyed everything. We live about 2 hours away and we would definitely make the trip go enjoy another dinner here.
